Malak Magic is a Moroccan tea and herbal brand inspired by nature, memories, and the rituals of tea and hospitality.
02 Where do you deliver?
Malak Magic delivers orders throughout Morocco.
03 How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for orders of 400 MAD or more. For orders below 400 MAD, the delivery fee varies according to the destination city.
04 How can I pay?
At the moment, the only available payment method is cash on delivery.
05 How do I choose the right tea for me?
Choose according to the moment you are looking for: Luiza Herb for calm, Beauty Tea for a self-care moment, Paradise Tea for freshness and energy, Love Tea for shared moments, and Malak Tea for hospitality and special gatherings.
06 Do all blends contain caffeine?
No. Luiza Herb and Beauty Tea are naturally caffeine-free. Blends that contain green tea, such as Paradise Tea and Love Tea, contain caffeine.
07 How do I prepare the tea?
Preparation differs by blend. The recommended water temperature and infusion time are shown on the product page and on the packaging.
08 Can I add sugar?
You can sweeten your tea to taste, but we recommend trying it first without sugar so you can enjoy the natural flavours of the herbs and spices.
09 Can I drink the teas cold?
Yes. Several Malak Magic blends can be prepared hot and then served cold over ice.
10 Are Malak Magic products medicines?
No. Our teas and herbs are food and beverage products. They are not medicines and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
11 What if I am pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have allergies?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, have a medical condition, or have allergies or sensitivities, seek appropriate professional advice if you are unsure whether an ingredient is suitable for you.
12 What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

13 Can I return a product?
Returns and exchanges are subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy published on the website. For tea and herbs, please contact us before returning any product.
