Malak Magic delivers orders throughout Morocco.
Delivery fees
- Free delivery for orders of 400 MAD or more.
- For orders below 400 MAD, the delivery fee varies according to the destination city and is shown or communicated before the order is confirmed.
Order preparation and delivery
Orders are prepared after confirmation. Delivery time can vary according to the destination, weekends, public holidays, order volume and the carrier's operating conditions.
Unless a different period has been expressly agreed with the customer, delivery will be made within the period required by the applicable Moroccan consumer-protection rules.
Delivery details
The customer must provide accurate information necessary for delivery, including the recipient's name, telephone number, city and delivery address.
Damaged, incomplete or incorrect parcel
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or contains the wrong product, the customer should contact Malak Magic promptly through the professional email shown on the Contact page and keep the packaging and useful photos.
Payment policy
The current payment method on Malak Magic is cash on delivery only.
Cash on delivery
The customer pays the amount due when the parcel is received.
Final amount
Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Any applicable delivery fee is added before the order is confirmed, so the customer can review the total amount before placing the order.
Future payment methods
Online card payment, bank transfer or other payment methods are not currently offered. If a new payment method is activated later, the website will be updated before it is offered to customers.
