Malak Magic aims to deliver every order in good condition and in accordance with the customer's order.
Withdrawal in distance sales
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the customer may exercise it within seven (7) days from receipt of the goods, in accordance with Moroccan consumer-protection rules.
Certain legal exceptions may apply depending on the nature or condition of the product, including goods that cannot be reshipped by their nature or that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Tea, herbs and consumable products
For tea, herbs and other consumable products, the customer should contact Malak Magic by email before returning anything. Opened, used, altered or improperly stored products may be ineligible for return where a legal exception applies or where their condition prevents safe resale.
Teaware and accessories
Unused teaware and accessories should be returned complete, clean and in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If an item is damaged, defective or does not match the order, the customer should email Malak Magic promptly with the order details and useful photos. After review, Malak Magic will propose the appropriate solution according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Refunds
Where a refund is legally due following withdrawal, it is processed within the legally applicable period. Return shipping costs are borne according to the applicable legal rules and the reason for the return.
